Gov. David Paterson may go without occupation legislators back on tax cover issue Hobby.

"I can stoppage a few months to see a property-tax cap, if (Silver) agrees to do it, I'd be exuberant to hold it and not collect the Legislature back to do that," said Paterson, who is not continual for election.
