Verizon's CEO sidesteps questions on iPhone, Android handset Ringtones.

Thank you and well said! Carriers just neediness to become the silent ISP and GET OUT OF THE WAY. People want to "own" their own delight - videos, music, apps, etc. Verizon wants to endure all that master away, induce us be pliant over and be punished for it.

Full Disclosure: I came from Verizon and switched to ATT for the iPhone 2 years ago. I was shilly-shallying because of Verizons great service. But now, I haven't looked back.

I have access to over 50,000 3rd junta apps. I have all my OWN music on my phone. I can pass any ringtone I want for FREE from my OWN music. They [Verizon] scarcity to produce this and get with the program.

The consumer wants more hold back over their service/media. And, lets be utterly square-shooting here: "Get It Now" can't even jolly a candle to the App Store - it's pathetic, not to upon expensive.
