HTC Making New Nexus Device to Compete With LG? › AndroidGuys Rumors.

Andy Rubin let it pen that Google was working on another Nexus device, this one to be the chief gambit to perform Ice Cream Sandwich, which essentially brings Honeycomb to both tablets and phones, with each gadget getting the assets and features that supply it best. We pre-eminent heard whispers that LG would be the maker of this changed Nexus insigne (some referred to it as the Nexus 3), but now that HTC also has a participation in the apophthegmatic cookie jar. HTC and LG are evidently both making archetype devices for Google, but only one will be chosen by Google to be the inexperienced Nexus device. The notion above is hypothetically a rudimentary draft of HTC's device, although we're hearing that it's been Photoshopped and retouched, so we have our doubts.

The first object usefulness noting here is that it doesn't appear to have any capacitive or equipment buttons on the bottom of the display. This is most acceptable because ICS will be nearly the same to Honeycomb in that there will be virtual buttons built into the OS, making bodily buttons on the widget useless. Rumors are also flying around that this cognizance will have both HSPA+ and CDMA versions, with the latter being aimed soon at Sprint, who seems to be getting cozy with Google as of late. The emblem is set for a makeover before launch, and it's rumored to embrace a front-facing camera.

Not much else is known about this ambiguousness device, but we'll do some digging to turn and win out. Still no tidings or leaked pictures from LG, and we're certainly outrageous as to what their Nexus hallmark will mien like. Keep in disapprove of that this is all just speculation for now. More on this as it develops.
