Virgin Mobile USA will organize its remodelled Helio Ocean 2 multimedia stall phone in conjunction with Britney Spears' upcoming concert turn to support her supplementary album "Circus." The journey will begin in New Orleans on March 3 and opt for fans will be given an Ocean 2 to certify the concert.
